Account & tracking audit

What it is

A documented review of your paid accounts and your measurement setup, ending in a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order. Fixed price, delivered in 7 working days.

Why it starts with measurement

Every other finding depends on whether the numbers are real. Smart bidding optimises toward the conversions it can see, so if the platform is seeing a fraction of your revenue, the campaign structure is not your first problem. I check the reported conversions against your backend orders before I form any opinion about performance.

What I look at

  • Conversion tracking: whether GA4 and the platform-level tags fire correctly, whether events are deduplicated, and whether reported orders reconcile with the backend.
  • Campaign structure: what each campaign is actually for, whether the account has coherent roles or overlapping campaigns competing with each other.
  • Wasted spend: search terms, negatives, audiences and placements absorbing budget without returning anything.
  • Shopping and Performance Max: feed quality, asset group organisation, and whether the algorithm has a usable signal about your catalogue.
  • Budgets and bidding: whether the bidding strategy matches the conversion volume the account actually produces.

What you get

A written document with the findings, each one marked by priority and by expected effort. A short video walkthrough where I talk through the account and show you what I found. A fix list ordered so the things that unblock other things come first.

What I need from you

Read access to Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and Merchant Center where relevant, plus a way to see actual orders from the backend for the same period. Without the backend numbers the reconciliation is not possible and the audit is worth much less.

What it is not

It is not implementation. The audit tells you what to change and in what order. Making the changes is separate, either with your team or with me.
