1. Who we are
This website is operated by WOLF MARKETING AGENCY S.R.L., trading as Consistent Marketing, with its registered office at Str. Daniel Renard 53B, Cisnădie, Sibiu County, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under J32/537/19.02.2019, sole registration code (CUI) 40666742, EUID ROONRC.J32/537/2019.
For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to andrei@consistentmarketing.ro.
We act as data controller for the processing described below.
2. What this site does and does not do
This is a presentation website. It has no user accounts, no online store, no newsletter and no contact form.
It uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are not set and no data is sent to Google unless you accept them through the consent banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement data leaves your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. What we process
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and operating system. This is standard for any website and is necessary to deliver the pages and to protect the service against abuse.
Analytics data, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and clicks on the buttons that lead to our booking page. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors and we have not enabled Google Signals or advertising features.
Email correspondence. If you write to us, we process the content of your message and the contact details it contains.
Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, you provide your name, email address, time zone and the answers to the questions in the booking form. That data is processed in Cal.com's systems and is also visible to us in our calendar.
4. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
Server logs — to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics — to understand which pages are read and whether the site leads to enquiries. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the consent banner and withdrawable at any time.
Email correspondence — to answer you and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Bookings — to hold the call you requested and to prepare for it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Data is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, which stores the site and generates server logs; by Google Ireland Limited, which operates Google Analytics, where you have consented; by Cal.com, which operates the scheduling service; and by our email provider, which delivers and stores correspondence.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers above may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards permitted under Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. You may request details of the safeguards in place by writing to the address above.
7. How long we keep it
Server logs: kept for the period applied by our hosting provider, normally no longer than 12 months.
Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for 14 months from collection, after which it is deleted automatically.
Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where a contract follows, for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
Booking data: kept for the duration of the discussion and deleted where no engagement follows, unless retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to it at any time. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to andrei@consistentmarketing.ro. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests.
If you consider that your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority:
